  49. <p>
  50. The fight to take back Earth starts here. The fascist 
  51. Earth Gov. has blockaded Proxima 3, a neutral 
  52. world, and is destroying any vessal attempting to 
  53. break the blockade. Sheridan personally leads a 
  54. massive Alliance fleet to proxima and for the first 
  55. time Babylon 5 forces engage Earth Gov. forces in 
  56. savage combat..

  58. <b>The Exercise Of Vital Powers:</b>

  60. Garibaldi starts his self imposed exile on Mars by 
  61. meeting William Edgars, billionaire owner of a 
  62. powerful medical technology corporation. Garibaldi 
  63. wants to stop corrupt Earth Force president Clark 
  64. without any military action, and so reluctantly agrees 
  65. to betray Sheridan to Edgars. Meanwhile, Franklin 
  66. tries in vain to delicatly seperate a group of 
  67. unconscious human telepaths from complex, 
  68. implanted Shadow technology. When Sheriden 
  69. finally tells franklin about an astonishing secret plan 
  70. of his, Franklin reveals to Lyta that they must go to 
  71. Mars immediatly with a special cargo.
